I don't know why Blonde Girl made this sign. I guess she doesn't want the dogs to bark if someone gets near our fence. She said, "when people come near the fence, the dogs start barking and it scares them."I guess people deserve to be scared if they get this close to our fence. However, they have been duly warned.
